Homecoming Week Begins October 5
WE likes to support our MVCSD homecoming and football festivities. If your child would like to participate, these are the optional dress up days at the elementary:
Hearing Screen is October 15 & 16
New procedures are being implemented due to COVID-19: Hearing screening/testing will be conducted by Grand Wood EA for students attending in-person in preschool with an IEP, kindergarten and first grades. If you do not want your child's hearing tested for the 2020-2021 school year, please notify the school's health office at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Orchestra 4th Grade Families-- A Note from the Teacher
I can’t wait to get you all introduced to the orchestra instruments! This year is going to be a little different than years past and thus, 4th grade orchestra will have to adjust. When we are back in school 5-days a week we will start orchestra. Thanks to all the families that have been emailing and making sure they haven’t missed anything.
Click on the following instrument names. The words are linked to some videos introducing the different instruments. Feel free to watch those with your child so that they can start thinking about what instrument they would like to play.
Violin Viola Cello Bass
Please let me know if you have questions. ~Ms. Rasmussen, email@example.com.
Passes were distributed to those students who purchased them through registration or at a later time. It is a requirement that these activity passes be shown for admittance to each home athletic event. Students without activity passes will need to pay to get in to the event. State-sponsored post-season athletic events (i.e. playoff/tournament games) always require payment for admittance for ALL students. If you purchased one for your WE student and did not find one in the child's backpack, please contact the office.
Please Complete Online Registration - All Remote & Hybrid Learners
If you have yet to register a student into our district, please complete this process as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact Amy Weber at firstname.lastname@example.org or 319-895-8845 or contact the office of the building your child will be attending.
